Popa Falls Lodge is your gateway to the north – eastern corner of Namibia –with its perennial rivers, magnificent Indigenous woodlands, riverine forests, floodplains and reed- lined channels. Popa Falls Lodge is the ideal destination from which to explore the Mahango, Bwabwata, Buffalo Game Parks with over 450 species of birds recorded, wide variety of wildlife species, including elephant, hippo, water buffalo, crocodile, red Lachwe, reedbuck, roan and sable antelope even the elusive Sitatunga antelope can be observed.

Abundant fish species such as Tigerfish, threespot, brims, kabeljou and greenheaded tilapia are just some of the species of game fish that occur in the Kavango River making it a popular destination for anglers.
The rooms have stunning view facing the thick forest of the Hippo Island and overlooking the slow running river streams.
What To Do?
Daily planed and exclusive guided game drives to surrounding Bwabwata ( Mahango and Buffalo) game parks: These are available in the morning, afternoon and night as well as whole day (sunrise to sunset)
Fishing trips: These are available in the morning, afternoon as well as whole day (sunrise to sunset)
Boat Cruise trips: These are exclusive game viewing cruise trips on the houseboats and normal cruise trips to surrounding Bwabwata( Mahango and Buffalo) game parks.
