Our Swakopmund hotel is located within The Dome, a multi-functional, innovative indoor sports and conference centre, also used to facilitate youth development that can host up to 2000 delegates. A separate business hub can host up to 600 delegates with 10 breakaway suites, meeting rooms and lounges for smaller gatherings of up to 30 delegates.

Outside the Hotel:

• The ocean- Attractions like surfing, kite surfing, great beach days and adventure sports are on offer at every turn. There is ample fishing oppertunities, dolphin tours and breathtaking tourist attractions such as pelican point and sandwhich harbour.
• The sand- sand boarding, dune boarding and quad biking.
• The sky- sky diving and scenic flights.

GUARANTEE / PAYMENT POLICY:

Please note that we require pre-payment for one night's accommodation within 24 hours to guarantee your reservation. Please email proof of payment back to us. Should you prefer that we debit your credit card, please request our authorisation form from us.

Kindly note that should we not receive payment within 24 hours your booking will be automatically released.

Cancellation policy:
Should your reservation be cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival, a cancellation fee of one night's accommodation plus 2% Tourism Levy and 15% VAT will be charged against you in relation to your guaranteed method of payment. 

No-Show policy:
A no-show is the non-arrival of a guest without notification in writing by fax or email to the hotel. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee of one night's accommodation plus 2% Tourism Levy and 15% VAT will be charged against you in relation to your guaranteed method of payment.
